Enjoy a day of exhibits and talks about early fiber production in New England. There will be demonstrations in wool production including sheep farming, wool production, plant based dyeing, spinning natural dyeing, and spinning. There will even be an antique sock machine on hand. Inside the Meeting House, there will be displays of traditional and antique quilts as well as contemporary quilts from around New England. Hourly discussions with visiting speakers will provide information on different fiber arts. For kids, there will be hands on activities outside under the tent and refreshments will be served.
